  • System-cancelled or failed orders.

  • Orders marked In Progress or Completed.
  • Manual or custom services.
  • Promotional or discounted services.
  • Incorrect details provided by user.

After Cancellation

  • Eligible refunds go to wallet balance.
  • No bank, card, or crypto refunds.
  • Wallet balance is reusable anytime.
