All sales are final, and refunds are not guaranteed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Service is completely unavailable
• Order gets stuck and cannot be completed

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided if:

• Order is already partially or fully completed
• Delay in delivery occurs
• User entered wrong link/username
• Social media platform issues (ban, restriction, etc.)

4. Wallet Refunds

• Approved refunds will be added to your panel wallet
• Cash refunds are not guaranteed

5. Chargebacks

• Any chargeback will result in account suspension permanently
